Hi people! I'm about to get a new SSD for my rig , so I was wondering which of these would bring me better booting time? I mean , I don't care about benchmarks and numbers , all I want is true performance in the real world , I want the best booting time , that's all I care about , so the 256gb version would have better times compared to the 128gb version? Am I gonna feel the difference? Is really worth the money to buy 256gb version? I can afford any of them , so now is up to you people!
Thanks for helping me!

get 500gb then you get all the space you need and dont need multible storage in the pc. 250gb is to small, dont know why they sell such things.

This is where everyones needs are different. For me, a single 500GB drive is far too small. A 128GB drive for the OS and applications works just fine for me, and larger other drives for other stuff.

Get the 256. You won't see any boot time difference, but it does run slightly faster overall.

Hi Rebel A
128gb is also fine for me , only os and applications that require speed to execute are on my ssd all else is on multiple HDD's , games ,music, movies etc

I only neeed the SSD for OS and applications and programms that require speed to execute as mickypheonix says.. So talking about boot time... There's no difference between 128 and 256gb versions?

Between those drives, boot time will be influenced more by what you have in Startup rather than any difference between the two drives.

The EVO will work just fine.
