Consider GTX 630. It will cost you Rs.4795 and will give better performance.

If you can ever push the budget to this, get it, best card out there for the price;
R7 240 with DDR5 memory, much better then any DDR3 card and is defiantly worth it over the one you linked.

If you can really stretch your budget then I would definitely recommend you R7 250.

If you are only considering DDR5 then yes go for HD 7730.

R7 240 also comes in GDDR5 version but with only 1GB VRAM:

ah ok, this is a major problem.

You have one bracket at the top which your graphics card goes out from, a tight squeeze indeed, I don't know which cards will actually fit in there.

Can you by any chance buy a new ~$30 case?

ah ok, this may be very hard indeed. Though the cards listed, they are only just over the slot line, and should just fit? This is hard as most of the cards won't fit due to the case size, Though I'll keep on looking.
