I am a newbie gamer..
And I need a Gaming Rig for 800$
I want Intel and Nvidia parts.. As my bro is a editor..

I need a Monitor and Keyboard too..

Solution
Nvidia supports CUDA for rendering, which I'm guessing is important as he specified his brother is some sort of editor. It also supports PhysX, and uses less energy, keeping temps and the carbon footprint down.

This is a high quality build. Sorry it went $60 over budget, some cuts can be made to quality if necessary because I intentionally chose the most durable and well reviewed components. Don't disregard the CPU just because it's a dual-core; it supports hyper threading and trades blows with an FX-6300 in power, using much less energy and staying cooler. The GTX 750 TI is one of the fastest 750s, so although it'll be a bit slower in raw speed than an R7 270X, it supports Gsync, CUDA, PhysX, and runs on very little power by...

There's no reason to prefer Nvidia over AMD unless you're a fanboy, AMD gives you much better performance for your money, an Nvidia card equivalent to the 270X would cost you $50 more, which you could spend on a good cooling system for the card. Although, I would recommend this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150686
since you won't need 4GB of GDDR5 unless you're planning on seriously overloading the card.

What about this one ?

This is a high quality build. Sorry it went $60 over budget, some cuts can be made to quality if necessary because I intentionally chose the most durable and well reviewed components. The GTX 750 TI is one of the fastest 750s, so although it'll be a bit slower in raw speed than an R7 270X, it supports Gsync, CUDA, PhysX, and runs on very little power by comparison. ASUS is the highest reviewed and most reliable motherboard name, and this H97 supports M.2, as well as top tier ASUS power control features and professional-grade materials.

The MSI+AMD builds that are getting thrown around will offer higher performance relative to the cost, but they'll also break more easily, be harder to upgrade, generate more heat, increase electricity bills, decrease rendering precision, and be less eco-friendly.
