it looks like a gpu problem but because they are intergrated in the cpu they share memory from your ram.
i whould advise you to run memtest althought it hardly is a memory problem.

do you have a gpu lying around?if you do plug it in install apropriate drivers and run a game.
how much memory have you assined to the gpu from the bios?
download afterburner and install combustor from the folder in afterburner to stress your system and see if he same result occures.

because you run games as much as possible i think it can to go over 512 mb on hd 2000 i might be wrong and take more like max 1 gb.
