New Hard drive not Opening

I have a MSI H61M P20(G3) Mobo along with 4GB RAM and Intel G630@2.7Ghz.My PSU is CM Thunder 450W.Previously I had only one Hard-drive i.e. 500GB Toshiba.I bought a New Seagate Barracuda 250GB this week to store my movies.The Barracuda has only one drive("D").I copied all my videos to it.After restarting my PC whenever I open any folder on D Drive,explorer.exe freezes.
What should I do,I dont want to lose any data.

In SeaTools only the Toshiba hard-drive is showing up.But D drive is showing in Windows Explorer.

I changed the SATA Cable and tried different Molex Adapters.I also tried another SATA port.It works sometimes and doesnt work the other times.When it works it shows up in SeaTools as well.
