Either of those power supplies would be absolutely fine.

I suggest you go with the Seasonic S12II Bronze 620W PSU if you want to overclock both CPU and GPU 24X7. The 520 Watt would do the job but its recommended to have some headroom as the Power rating of the PSU diminishes over the years of usage. The S12II Series is a great series of power supplies by seasonic.

When you are overclocking, you want to stay safe and a little headroom (extra wattage) should be left at disposal.
Also, as the power supply ages, the efficiency of the supply may reduce and therefore it would be safer to go with 600w

As freakout suggested, you should go with something like Seasonic S12II as you are going to overclock.

I dont know much about the seasonic eco series psu as there are no good reviews on the internet for it as it supports only 200-240V AC input and hence is not sold very much internationally + that is the reason why it cant get certification like 80+ bronze (much like corsair vs series PSU).
Hence I would recommend a Corsair CX600 rather than a Seasonic Eco 600W. Although going by the user reviews from flipkart I guess the Eco 600 wouldnt be bad either. So I guess both are good and its up to you which one you want to buy. The Seasonic S12ii 620 W i mentioned in the earlier post is definitely better than the cx series and hence costs more and has more warranty.

But any of those power supplies would be good and it all depends on your personal opinion which one you want to buy.

[Note: If buying online i recommend you buy from flipkart and if possible from "ws retail" as flipkart has the best replacement service (from personal experience) and WS Retail has a 30 day replacement warranty unlike the usual 10 days of other retailers. I have had issues with products ordered online (that is not a thing to worry much) but I have found that flipkart is the best when it comes to product replacement policy].

Don't go for the Corsair's CX series PSU instead get Sea Sonic S12II 620 watt. Believe me, you won't regret it. Also make sure that it meets all the requirements by your GPU.
