$2,000 is a lot for a computer. It wont help if your going to be playing minecraft, but it will be good for playing Crysis 3 with high resolution and refreshrate.

Also consider a high resolution/Hz monitor (https://www.asus.com/us/News/xXtX0FNhXQWPrry7) , keyboard, and a mouse w/large mouse pad.

Parts:

SSD are fast makes Windows Boot faster. Pricing:

I would recomend 1Tb for games and more if your video editing.
Cases are personal, but if you want watercooling you should find out first if it will fit your parts.

Shipping to the UAE might be a challenge - might be easier to just go to a local brick and mortar store to get a pre-fab. Intel's Haswell & 1150 motherboard is probably the most popular platform at the moment. For just gaming, the 4670 is more than enough but if you want to be able to stream your gaming to sites like twitch or if you encode, I would go with the 4770k. The need for liquid cooling depends entirely on whether you overclock and what the ambient temp of the room you game in is - a good air cooler would be more than enough to cool either of those chips as long as you're not planning on gaming in 80 degree temps or overclocking your processor. If you were stateside, this is what I would recommend building:

I have that 770 4GB in my rig and can run BF3 on ultra so I think it should be good enough for current gen. The 800 series should be announced this summer but I think it won't deploy until Q3/Q4 so it might not be a viable option for your current project. I like ASUS' Sabertooth series because it extends the warranty on the board, the higher tier boards seem like you get minimal benefit for a whole lot of money so I would check the features against the lesser costing boards and see what you really need in terms of features.
