RAID 10 with data on one HDD

I'm building a PC and keeping the OS on an SSD while keeping all other data on 4, 1 TB HDD's in a RAID 10. On one of the HDD's, I have all my data from a computer that crashed that I wish to save (about 350 GB worth), the other HDD's I'm installing will be of the same make, manufacturer, size, and model number.

What is the best way to set up a RAID 10 after I install the OS on an SSD, and still keep my personal information on the one HDD? I'm thinking on transferring the data off that one drive to another, then reformatting the drive to remove all the unnecessary information, but, when setting up a RAID 10, do all 4 of my HDD's need to be blank?

Solution
Backup the data first... Creating the raid will wipe the data as the drives will be initialized(formatted) for raid. After the raid is set up restore the data back.

Always backup your data first in different drive then go for RAID Setup.
in bios settings in mother board find storage option and set to Raid and normally install windows to SSD.
Then install IRST software and create Raid as u like, in GUI mode.
After raid creation and initialization drives are formatted.

But first write all ur HDD serial number and the port nos mapping with each drive for future use and Before every thing backup ur data on first priority before doing any new experiment.
