yes it was perfectly normal i changed the sata cables because it was short i had to remove the graphics card so as to plug in the sata headers and put it all in place fired the system up the splash screen came up and after few seconds the screen will go black with cursor on the upper left corner and after few seconds the screen dies off but case fan and processor fan keeps spinning no led activity on the hdds though...i removed the graphics card and tried with the onboard hdmi same result.....dusted ram slots and disconnected reconnected all connections still no avail.....took it to a local computer service store he tried boom first shot it boots up flalessly enters into the bios no problem he tried with graphics card and both dvi and hdmi port via vga connector all working fine said nothing is wrong with my pc.....went home tried boots normally into my win 7 32 bit restarted no problem all working fine i received a new hdd today wanted to re[place the old and install win 7 64 bit so restarted tried to enter bios screen goes blank as mentioned above restarted again now did not press del to enter bios... boots normally into win 7 if i try to entr bios i get the error ... virus??? i tried booting recovery bios... by holding the front key and turning the psu supply on/off three times as some senior member suggested didnt work .... now only blank screen after the bios splash will not boot into win 7 also even if i dont press del/f2 back to square 1! planning to take it to the service person today after work.... my guess bios is corrupted.....need to flash the latest .... last time when it booted into win 7 i couldnt access google.com says certificate not valid https could not be established (?virus) i have avast running... thanks for reply ....
