$1200 Entry Level Workstation for CAD, GIS etc [HELP REQUIRED]

I have to assemble an Entry level Workstation with a Budget of $1200.
Can anyone please suggest a good Configuration ?

This is my Initial Assessment( Open for a change/Discussion)

Intel Xeon E3-1240 V3
ASRock H87 Performance ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
G.Skill Trident X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
NVIDIA Quadro K600 1GB Graphics

Any 23 Inch Full HD monitor.

Overall the build you have looks pretty good. You may want to consider going with a Z87 motherboard and some faster ram (the H87s only support up to 1600 mhz) but that is totally optional.

Edit: Just make sure you are using AutoCAD 2013 (I assumed you meant AutoCAD) or above, i believe the 2012 version did not support more than 4gb or 8gb ram + You need a 64bit OS

Bump-up your monitor to 27" ... prices were never better.
