I just bought a new computer and i put it all togheter and everything worked the first time i turned it on but the second time my computer didnt start. And my friend says it could be cus my mother board is too bad and my graphics card is too good. They are both LGA 1155 but one is just cheaper. My video card is gtx 770 and my motherboard is MSI Z77A-G41

There is no such thing as a GPU being too good for a motherboard. I wouldn't trust your friend to give you PC advice, as he apparently is not very knowledgeable on the subject. Power supply could have been not good enough to run everything. What power supply do you have?
ummm, what?

You say both are 1155, but the GPU isn't 1155, that makes no sense.

And a bad PSU is a case for a system not working, not a too bad motherboard and too good graphics card. That makes no sense and would have no bearing on it booting or not.
