"The function Boot from USB disk failed, please check USB disk and ROM file, Or Enter setup to disable it!!!"

This is showing everytime I boot my pc and i dont know how to rideoff this. I cant even access my bios. I tried find some solution on the internet without a success.

I am using W7
GeForce GTX 670
Intel Core i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz

If you want to know how to get into BIOS Setup to remove USB from the boot sequence (or move it lower down the boot sequence), none of the information you posted is relevant.

Post the computer make & model, or if it's not factory built, post the motherboard make & model instead.

Ok so what happens, when I reset my CMOS and reseating my rams? Should I get prepared for more problems or is it complety safe?
