  1. anything Noctua. also the 212evo is always a good budget selection

Get the noctua nh-l12. Its a low profile silent cooler and it will easily fit in your case with plenty of room.

(its fairly expensive but its high performance and low profile)

Also i recommend getting a different psu: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3F2d4
All i changed was the psu to a better one (fully modular, higher wattge and $10 cheaper).
  3. ok. How will I install it and is it the most silent cooler out there that can fit in my case?

Its hard to say if its the most silent but i know for sure you won't hear it. As for installing it in your pc the heatsync comes with all the mounting hardware you will need and there is a manual if you need help.
  5. Ok. But I plan on doing some heavy fps gaming. I am going to get the Gtx 780 ti GPU. When it is gaming I stil want the psu to be really quiet. Any suggestions or still use the same one?
  6. Go with this PSU, better than CM's and RM series of Corsair. RM series has thermal issues currently so not the best at the moment.
