Just answered my own question, I apologize. Deleted the partition with diskpart.
Moderator, please delete this thread as it seems I can not? Thank you.

You need to use the "Diskpart" utility:

The first part explains why Windows can't delete the EFI volume, lower down explains how to open and use Diskpart.
