hook up power supply to dell inspiron 3300

I purchased a new power supply for my Dell inspiron 3300. I am now having problems hooking up the wires. The wires are not colored the same and the cord from the power supply to the mother board is thicker. Is their a diagram for where the wires go? Thank you

I think I know what you mean about the MOBO connector. I am assuming your MOBO has 20pin but PSU is 24pin. It's ok to leave the other 4 pins they should fit or be detachable. What power supply is it?
