GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130918 (Super fast) $530
Storage: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148695 (Half a terabyte of awesomeness) $235

Total should come out to about $1500 max with shipping and handling, and should get you above 60 fps even on Ultra. Hope this helped!

to save money you can get away with a high quad core i5 processor. you also dont need 16GB of RAM as you will never use it (go for 8GB). if you are super set on a SSD then sure, go for it, but i recommend a 256GB SSD for the operating system and a 1TB SATA hard drive for storage. doing this will save you some good money, everything else tenderous recommended looks great for a 60 fps rig for Battlefield 4 and such.
