to save money you can get away with a high quad core i5 processor. you also dont need 16GB of RAM as you will never use it (go for 8GB). if you are super set on a SSD then sure, go for it, but i recommend a 256GB SSD for the operating system and a 1TB SATA hard drive for storage. doing this will save you some good money, everything else tenderous recommended looks great for a 60 fps rig for Battlefield 4 and such.
