Hey, I built a pc last year and I just upgraded my gpu to a r9 290 but I had this problem so I sent it back then I brought a 280x and I still have this problem. I only didn't have this problem when I used my old gpu, a 5450 (which requires no additional power ) I have swapped the pcie wire on my corsair ax860i but I still have the problem I really need a explanation thanks.
