Asus boards are more reliable , less failure rates.

MSI is the worst.

Second choice would be the Asrock.

Yes it will , just make sure the supply has 1 - 6 pin PCIE power connection for the card.

They over state those specs to make sure consumers get enough power for their cards.

If you want a decent 500 watt this will work for you but CX430 is enough.
