Building a $1000 Gaming PC for a friend including a 1080p 22" monitor, shipping, and NJ tax (7%). He would like it to be as small as possible and as quiet as possible, but as long as it isn't vacuum cleaner, he's fine. He has a Windows install disk so he doesnt need an OS.
