i want to play bf4 and arma 3 on high/ultra and if anyone has any suggestions or improvements for fitting my budget of 1500 that would be great :)

Here i reworked your build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3F9Ps. I replace the i7 with a i5-4670k as you don't need a i7 for gaming, i changed the cpu cooler to a noctua NH-U12P SE2 (better performance than the zalman) and i got you a better motherboard (better quality and a better chipset if you ever want to overclock).

anyways how would i get one pc to run at least 2 different monitors? not both for gaming i want one for web browsing etc. and one for gaming is it possible to do it from one pc ?
 


Yep, it's 100% possible. Just plug in 2 monitors to your GPU, and you are good to go. That's what I'm running. A nice 24" widescreen for games, and an old 17" square one for multitasking (it comes in super useful when writing papers, research, etc).
