You can put the SSD into a USB enclosure (preferably 3.0) then use Acronis True Image to clone the hard drive onto the SSD. Remove the HDD and store in a safe place as a system backup, and install the SSD.

Buy a copy of Acronis True Image. Install it on your laptop. It will be useful for backups later too, not just to clone your drive.
Install your SSD into an external USB enclosure (preferably USB3.0, as it is MUCH faster). Connect it to your laptop. It will appear as another hard drive. Use Acronis to clone your hard drive onto the SSD. When the clone is finished, remove the HDD and store it somewhere safe as a backup of your system. Remove the SSD from the external enclosure and install it in your laptop. Done.
If you like, buy another 2.5" hard drive and install it in the USB enclosure. Use that drive with Acronis from time to time to back up your SSD.

If you have a Recovery Partition another option is to create a Recovery Drive using a USB Flash Drive (Size depends on the Recovery Partition, usually 8Gb enough).
Type 'Create' at your Start screen and choose 'Create a Recovery Drive', be sure to check box 'Copy Recovery Partition'
Swap drives and make USB Drive 1st boot option. Proceed through Troubleshoot and Advanced Options to Reset your PC. Windows will be installed to your SSD, and you'll have a useful back-up to restore to Factory in the future...

If it came with a 24GB SSD (I thought you'd bought a SSD to put in it), the system may be set up to use Intel's SRT to accelerate the hard drive with the SSD, in which case you don't want to change it. Go through your product manual and help files, or check Lenovo's web site for more information on how your system is configured.
