Cannot Refresh/Restore/Reset Desktop Help !

title says it all i cannot do anything computer is un bootable

I installed new GPU,PSU, and another set of ram

AMD FX 8120
16GB RAM
R9 290
650W EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX650G

Windows 8, also when all hardware was installed i got into the os and was going to install new drivers for gpu then it said sys ran into problem and then it messed up from there on a recovery media disk says sys refresh did nothing no changess were made

Hey,

you will need to start your computer in Safe Mode. Instructions can be found here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode

Make sure you start into Safe Mode with Networking and then download http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html and install it. Start the program and get rid of everything related to AMD or nVidia that shows up in the list. Then restart your PC.

If everything goes well and it starts into normal mode then download the latest drivers from AMD's website and install them.

you don't uninstall everything............ depending on what drivers the motherboard uses. saying that will aide the unsuspecting into doing more harm than good.

Not going to start an argument here but if I had to go into details explaining what to and what not to uninstall will force me to open so many brackets and post such a long post that I would probably confuse him even further. I don't know what his level of knowledge is but every time I read a suggestion to a problem I have I sieve through my "common sense" sieve so I expect others to do it too.
