Best Silent Cooler

Hello! I am currently looking for a cooler for my i5 4670k, I am looking to overclock it to about 4.5GHz also i want the cooler to be silent or as close as you can get because i am OC'ing after all and one last thing my budget is $120.
Thanks for any help :D

P.S. my case is a nzxt phantom midtower

Hello Ellis!

I'm no expert in overclocking but I sure know you might need to go for water cooling if you plan on OCing. They are pretty silent. I'd recommend the Corsair's water cooling/radiators, like this one, which seems to be pretty popular : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032
Other than that, you look for aftermarket cpu coolers with fans and large heatsinks like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
