Hi, so I've had problems with slow internet before, usually it was rats chewing on the wires but I got rid of the rats and my ISP replaced the wire. But lately usually at night my internet will randomly slow down. I ping it on PingTest and it says I have a ton of jitter. I've called my ISP 3 times and they've said they fixed it but still it is lagging. Here is my internet when it begins lagging. http://www.pingtest.net/result/97092560.png
