FX-6300 Ideal Temperature

I just bought a FX-6300 but I dropped the stock cooler and the stock thermal paste got a little dirt, two very little dots. The CPU temperature is 25-35º Celsius iddle and when I run prime95 the temperature goes to 69º Celsius since the start. I'm using HWMonitor and the processor arrived three hours ago. Will I need to buy another thermal paste to increase the lifetime? What thermal paste you recommend and what will be the difference? My city temperature is 22º Celsius at moment (08:22 PM) and in Summer is 34-36º Celsius with a peak of 40º Celsius. By the way I'm using a Thermaltake V3 with one exhaust fan behind and the CPU fan is running at 3350 RPM. Thanks.

Thanks, but some ppl said that they have 60-65º Celsius full load with stock cooler and I get 70° playing games for 30 min. Is there a problem with my thermal? And I'll be able to get 60~° Celsius full load with the MX-4?

I bought a MX-4 and used damric infos. And to increase the lifetime I limited the frames 30~ in some games, 45~ in others and 60 max. My temps are nice now. Thank you guys for the info.
