[SOLVED] Recording Program That Can Split Audio Tracks?

So, I always wanted a Mac but I have Windows. But then I realized something. I need to know if there's some recording program that can split tracks. On Windows I have a program and in the audio tab, I could add audio tracks and I set it so the first audio track would be the speaker and the second audio track would be the microphone. And when I edit my video, it has 2 audio tracks. The first track is the speaker. The second track is the headphones. But I need to know if there is a recording program that is compatible with a Mac and can do the same thing.

do you mean a screen recorder?
if so, ScreenFlow has that feature, although it costs 100$
when you record, you select the mic you want, and if you want to record computer audio, and then, when you finish recording, the edit menu appears, and the speakers are separate from the mic
