How to optimize MC on r9 270x windforce?

MC on my r9 270x WF in multi runs at 15-30 fps most of the time and sometimes comes to 60 for maybe 10 secs max, I can run cod @ max 60fps

same deal, 2 or 30 render distance its still the same, fancy settings lighting, nothing
