I know $300 dollar build is not very plausible. But this was to catch your attention
;) lol.In my build I already have an i3,gtx 650 ti nonboost , 430watt power supply, 5400rpm hard drive and optical drive. So what I need is the is the memory/ram, motherboard, case, ssd and possibly an os if you can fit it if not than I can deal with Linux till I get enough money.

Solution
Here, this is a bit over budget but has everything you want. If you can't get $20 more, scratch the SSD.

What? do you need the missing parts for 300? or is 300 the total budget minus the parts you list that you don't give prices for? "just to catch attention" is the WRONG way to ask for help. there is a form for this so we can help you.

When you pull this sort of nonsense you are just BEGGING people to go "well forget him I'll help someone who makes sense"

Even though you have a majority of your major components already, $300 is still a tight fit for everything else.

I can't get you a motherboard, because I don't know which socket your i3 uses.

Previous Generation Intel® Core™ i3-5xx Processors use a LGA1156 socket
2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i3-21xx Processors feature a LGA1155 socket
3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i3-32xx Processors feature a LGA1155 socket
4th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-4xxx Processors use the LGA1150 socket

For the memory, you will probably want to go with the cheapest 2x4 8 GB kit you can buy, and probably a $50 case, the OS and the rest into the motherboard. You will probably not be getting an SSD at this budget.

It's about $200 without the motherboard.

http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ will be your friend, you can use it easily to get parts picked out you can get a decent 120gb ssd for around $70, you can get 8gb of crucial battlesport 1600mHz ram for $65, motherboard- i'd reccomend asus or gigabyte $70-100, case you can get a Fractal Design R4 for bout $90 they are quiet and are sleek looking. these are just a few simple parts i picked out to meet your budget, on the ssd make sure when you install the os you set the bios to run in AHCI to get a performance boost off the ssd
