Additionally, I recently bought a GTX 770, PC does not boot since the install. Previously had a GTX 560 Ti, and PC does not boot at all, with or without either of the cards. Any advise would be deeply appreciated.
Problem was solved. Issue was that I had an AC powered external USB ports which did not play nicely with the GTX 770. When I unplugged it, the PC booted normally, with the GTX 770 running beautifully on 3 monitors.
Awesome! How is your pc running. You should either close the thread or chose a best answer, although all the answers are pretty horrible -_-
This is what is known as a PEBKAC error. Very serious.
The full acronym is Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair. It may also be referred to as illiteracy or UTGS (unable to Google syndrome)

Thanks Dick. Not everyone just posts without researching.
