You want us to Goole cards for you???

A 7850 is a discontinued card, so Im not sure you'd find any. Probably looking at a 270x if ur lucky.

The 7850 would be the bets choice for sub $200, but for an extra $50 you can get a nice GTX 760 that comes with Watchdogs ($60 value)

or an open box card for $207

The 760 is much better then the 7850, just take a look here

The graphics processor that you will get for $200:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 270X 2GB TurboDuo Video Card ($196.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $196.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

There is no NVIDIA equivalent which is stronger than this for the price point, but the next best thing would be a GTX 760.
