Recently I'd bought a new computer online, a cheaper one so that I've have some money for anything else to buy along with it that I might need.

Turns out that the computer's graphics card isn't playing many games at the quality I'd prefer.
Oh, and the card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT630.

It also currently has 8 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB HDD.

Any recommendations as to what type of card I could buy suitable for playing more demanding games like Crysis, Battlefield, Total War, etc.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks. :D

We would need to know your full specs before we could really recommend something. The important ones are:
-What CPU (processor) do you have (i5-4670, i7-4770, AMD A8-5600k, fx-8320, etc)? This can be found by right clicking on "My Computer" and clicking properties.
-What power supply do you have? Wattage and brand are pretty good indicators of how well it would handle the upgrade. The best way to tell for this is to open the case and look at the power supply, it typically has a sticker on the side. Easiest way to let us know about it is to take a picture, post the picture on a image share site (like imgur.com and then posting a link to the image here.

Once we know this info and your budget we can effectively recommend a graphics card.

Edit: looks like i was too slow

So you would need a new power supply along with your graphics card. The power supply would be no good for a decent graphics card, it only outputs 300w and is probably a generic PSU with terrible components.

How much do you want to spend on this upgrade?
