Can I run watch dogs ? Cpu , Gpu

Would i be able to run Watch Dogs ? if so what settings and what fps I would get?
Gpu:NVIDIA GT 850M 2GB
Cpu:Intel® Core™ i7-4810MQ Mobile Processor 2.80 GHz 6M Smart Cache, Max Turbo Freq. 3.80 GHz
Ram:8 Gb
Resolution:1920:1080p

Oh thats' the minimum requirement whith which you will be able to run the game at low settings..So with 850m at 1080p you should be good for low to med settings...If you play at 900p or 720p thats gonna make it far better..But we will have to wait for the game to be released...but from the announced requirements you should be good for med at 900p..And gtx 460 is faster than a 850m(gtx 460 is even faster than a 650)..I don't think it will do solid 60 fps even at low settings...But for exact fps an all we will have to wait for the game to be released...After all anything above 30 fps will the playable....

Shouldn't have much problems with that gpu playing watchdogs on lower settings, although just keep in mind that this is made by ubisoft and there has been a real trend lately of them focusing a lot more towards consoles and not caring about pc, meaning the game is not optimized and could be difficult to run. Assassins creed: Black Flag (also made by ubisoft) runs terrible on pc, I have R9 280x and I struggled to play it with 40 frames.
Just a heads up

EDIT: sorry I didnt realise it was at 1080p, your 850m even on low settings at that resolution you might manage just 30 fps.

No way an 850m would run watchdogs well at medium to high(based on the announced requirements),that too at 1080p..850m is hardly comparable to a desktop gtx 640..I don't think a 640 wil be able to run watchdogs in medium at 1080p(even if we consider 30 fps to be playable)again based on the requirements announced..Imo op should be able to play it in low to medium and stay above 30 fps all the time..
