I'm EXTREMELY new to this, and no next to nothing about PC stuff (Yeah, yeah, I'm frustrating). I need help with either finding a build that's under $700 or a PC under $700. I don't need max settings on every game, low settings, but a good frame rate, is awesome (Amateur gamer, just going to game over summer break). Thanks! (And wait to be bombarded with lots of questions :).

Ha, just turned 14, age requirements.

Few differences from JoshuaPinto's build

-CPU- went for the most recent CPU and Socket type, the i5-3xxx series uses the 1155 cpu socket which intel will not be making new cpus for, it is a better idea to get an 1150 socket since they will likely make cpus for it longer.
-RAM- changed it to an 1600mhz ram
-GPU- much more powerful than the gtx 650 ti, also the gtx 750 ti is available for the same price as the 650 ti but is newer and more powerful, no point in getting the 650 ti at that price.
-HDD/SSD- having only a 120gb SSD doesnt make sense to me, that would only allow room for your operating system, core applications and 4-5 games tops (if you like titanfall that takes up 48 GB alone, thats practically 1/2 your storage). For a build at this budget it makes much more sense to get a 1 TB HDD. Sure it is slower but it beats having to clean out your pc every weekend or always worrying if you have space for stuff.
-PSU- Better quality, the corsair CX series uses chinese capacitors that have a higer failure rate than the japanese caps that their competition uses. XFX is made by seasonic who is pretty much the best psu manufacturer (corsair psus originally got a good reputation by using the Seasonic OEM in their products).

Edit: neither of these builds have included a copy of windows in the price, that is another $80. If you need windows in the price you would probably have to go with an AMD CPU since those are generally cheaper.
