should i be fine with these specs are they enough for my gpu and psu and cpu?
mobo:msi z87-g45
gpu;evga gtx 780 sc/acx cooler
cpu:intel core i5 4670 not k

That PSU is overkill. The GTX 780 only has a 250W TDP and the rest of the system will use ~100W. You'd be fine with a 600W or maybe even lower PSU. This PSU is excellent: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095

Anandtech recommends a 550W PSU for the 780: http://www.anandtech.com/show/6973/nvidia-geforce-gtx-780-review. The PSU linked above is a very well rated PSU from an awesome brand, and especially without the "K" 4670, you will be good!

And to answer your direct question, yes, the 4670 should not bottleneck for MOST games. You may want to spend the extra little bit to get a 4670K to overclock along with a better CPU cooler.

Check your games to see their CPU usage, though. The i5-4670 may be more than enough.
