I was thinking to purchase lenovo y50 or y510p. Im a bit confused between both of these. Lenovo y50 claims to have 4k but the specs shown on the site is 1920×1080p. So where is the 4k?? Because even y510p has 1920x1080p!
And also the graphic card. GTX 860M 4gb vs GT 755 Sli. Is it worth spending 350 dollars more for y50?
Like I play fifa14 assassins creed cod battlefield crysis3 dota bioshock.
Will GT 755Sli play all the above games on ultra setting or GTX 860M 4gb is necessary for me?
As pitching out 350 dollars extra is a concern for me. :-p
Please help who own lenovo y510p and y50.

It looks like the 4K display is an optional upgrade. You'd have to be mad to get a 4K laptop though. There is no way you'd have the graphics power to play games at that resolution on a laptop

The GT755M SLI would be slightly better than the GTX860M, so I would definitely not pay more for the GTX860M.

But I was talking about GTX 860M 4gb not 2gb. So according to you GT 755M Sli would be much better than GTX 860M 4gb?

4gb won't really much a difference over 2gb on a GTX860M.

And no, I said it would be slightly better, not much better.

I agree. The Sli will be slightly better in performance but it will also make your laptop hotter. In a laptop (especially those an inch thick), most people would favor the single GPU. The standard FHD display would be a smarter choice than the 4k so the Y510 and Y50 are about the same price.
