Ok, I'm so desperate for help right now.

I decided to upgrade my old computer with some new parts. I bought: a new motherboard (AsRock z87m pro4) a new CPU (i5-4670k Haswell).
From my old computer I kept the 5 months old GPU: (Sapphire HD7870), SSD (Sandisk extreme), ram memory (2x4gb Micron Technology 1333 mhz) and the PSU (corsair CX430).

Windows installed smoothly but when I was about to play World of Warcraft and CS:GO I had crashes and error messages all the time. What happens is that WoW gives me error messages and the application is automatically executed, but more often I either get Black Sreen with buzzing sound loops or just any kind of sound loop or a freeze combined with a sound loop. The computer does not respond to anything when this happens and the only thing I can do is to power it off and on. CS:GO just crashes to the desktop. Somestimes youtube videos or just normal content in Chrome has some plugin error with (shockwave?).

What I have done so far:
*Put my GPU, PSU, Ram and SSD into the old computer and it didnt crash one single time for weeks. (So in the old computer I only had a different Motherboard and CPU).
*Checked all temps they are max 55c during load. I even bought a new CPU fan to make sure it wouldnt get overheated.
*Reinstalled different windows 7 like ten times.
*Updated BIOS and reinstalling all drivers and tried old drivers as well.
*Ran memtest, and other test without any errors.
*Updated SSD firmware. Changed SATA Port, New SATA Cable.
*Reinstalled all games.
*Cleared CMOS. And made sure SSD was set with ACHI.
*Remove the GPU and play the games with integrated graphics from Motherboard, still crashes as much.
*Bought new RAM-Memory and new PSU (600w). Still the same amount of crashes.
*Tried one ram stick at a time and in all different slots, still crashing.

Since the temps are fine and the GPU and the rams works perfectly with my old motherboard I suspect it's the new motherboard that is faulty. HOWEVER I did return it for a problem check and they didnt find anything. The CPU is brand new and I cant see how the CPU would be the problem in this case. All the pins in the socket is fine as well.

Could it be the motherboard that is faulty?
I have a very hard economic situation since I just kinda got kicked out from my parents house, and I really want to locate the problem before I buy new parts. I have fighted this problem now for 6 months and I've done so much research on every forum without sucess. The one who can help me fix this should blessed. Thanks so much in advance for any help.

Yes, there is a turbo boost option called Intel Turbo Boost technology and it was enabled. I have now disabled it.
Next to it there is something called Intel SpeedStep technology, should I disable that one as well?

Big thanks for answer!

Maybe not. Try it out with just the turbo disabled and see if that stops the problem. If so, you're good there. That also means that there was a problem when the system was trying to overclock the CPU. After verifying that it was the problem, go back into the bios and enable turbo boost again and check the settings for it. Your specs for you CPU say that it supports a max frequency of 3.8GHz in turbo mode. If it was set higher than that, it could have been the problem.
