Switching from AMD to Intel- Will Games still run?

Hi all,
I am currently running a build with the AMD platform and I plan on changing to Intel later this year. I play alot of games via Steam and so if I switch to Intel, will all my games still run properly? I will retain most of my components besides a new MOBO and CPU of course. Will the games have to reconfigure itself because they know I'm not on AMD anymore? Just making sure before I do make the jump to change. Any help is much appreciated!

No they don't, you just play the games normally as long as the motherboard and CPU are functional.

Games will run fine, if not better since you are probably moving up to a higher class cpu. Just make sure and dl a good driver remover, you'll need to remove any and all traces of AMD from your system or you'll end up with all kinds of errors.

As long as you keep the same HDD or SSD, all your games will be fine.
