Solution
I also recommend the GTX750Ti, however I recommend the ASUS model instead:

Update:
The Asus GTX750Ti is $140 for 15 more hours as of this post at Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IB9P1KG/?tag=pcpapi-20

(It's lower clocked than the EVGA but both should overclock to about the same performance so I say just get whichever one is cheaper. I can't confirm which card is NOISIER. I would guess the EVGA but can't confirm that.)

Summary benchmark (18 games averaged):
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html

*This card can now overclock to roughly 25% over stock and should be at the R7-265 performance level then.

Here's a closeup for a better look at it...

I think this card has metallic stickers so you can leave it black, or make the strip red or gold but I can't verify that.

Solution

it should be noted that the asus model is clocked 110mhz lower than the evga sc version i linked above so temps and noise are going to be noticeably different.

nikoli707,
I updated my post. Anyway, as I said once both cards are overclocked they should be very SIMILAR. Asus has a weird habit of having great coolers but then not pushing the GPU frequency (they had a 3-slot GTX680 at 875MHz that hit 1150MHz when overclocked).

I think either card is a good choice.
