I think Samsung 840 EVO still isn't sold in Brazil and stores that sells It bought It from another country, I asked Samsung about the warranty and their answer was that It would only work on the country I bought It. SanDisk SSD on the other hand would have 3 years warranty. I'm almost going with Ultra Plus but I'm still not sure.

what applications will you be using the ssd for ? apart from your operating system , i could give you some other options
if i know what you are using the ssd for
if you could give me a place in brazil where you get your ssd's from i will recommend an alternative if you like

It will be mostly for web browsing, skype, music, coding and office, I'll occasionally use It for games and mechanical engineering programs such as matlab, solidworks, autocad and inventor but I'm more likely to play games and use those programs on my desktop. There are probably many other random apps which I'll probably run but can't remember right now.

I took a good look at many online stores in Brazil and this Sandisk Ultra Plus is the cheapest 256gb SSD I could find, Samsung 840 EVO was the second cheapest. It's not like there is a significant in price between those two but I don't want to pay more just for the sake of it.
