how to upgrade ssd win7 32bit to win 7 64bit

i have samsung ssd which has win7 32bit installed by mistake and now wish to change to win 7 64 bit, everything works ,but all pc is 64 bit capable

Hi sciass ,
you will have to reinstall windows 7 as 64bit overwriting your existing o.s.

format is best for a clean installation of windows , be sure to go to your motherboard manufacturers website and download all the latest drivers
for windows 7 64bit as they will be different from 32bit , also before installation of windows go into your bios and change IDE mode on the SSD to AHCI
mode , this will enable the trim command and let your ssd work much faster
