I am having this problem with my 64 GB Cruzer Flash Drive.  It works in my netbook but not my desk top.

There is a massage in device manager is
Device type Universal Serial Bus controllers
Manufacturer Unknown
Location Port_#0002.Hub_#0004

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
Access is denied.
To find a driver for this device,

Kindly help me to solve this

The account your logged into in Windows, is it an account with administrative privileges? It appears as if the USB Mass Storage Device driver isn't installed yet (not a big deal), however the account your logged in under doesn't have the necessary privileges to install it.
