1.5tb seagate says too high powered to work samsung note

Hi,
I purchased a 1.5tb seagate portable expansion to work on my samsung note, but it won't connect saying that "high power device connected, can not access". Is there anyway I can get it to work?

The drive pulls more power than the port can provide. You could get some sort of cable that draws power from two USB ports while only making a data connection to one; one of these came with my first Pocketec drive.
