So i have a Gigabyte "GA-H55n-USB3" motherboard which i have had for about 4 years now sitting with its 4Gb (2 x 2Gb) RAM. I tried upgrading to 2 x 4Gb but windows refuse to boot. I am kind of stuck now and would appreciate any help.

Sytem:
Mobo: GA-H55N-UB3
Chip: Intel Core I3-540
Memory:
Corsair XMS3 1600MHz 2 x 2Gb - works
Hyper genesis X 2 x4gb 1600 MHz - Doesn't work
Hyper x beast 2 x 4Gb 1600 MHz - Doesn't work
Corsair "CMV8GX3M2A1333C9" 1333 MHz - Doesn't work
PSU: 300w (cannot find specifics)

Here is what i have tried so far: Windows loads fine with the original 4gb of RAM but refuses to boot at all with 1 stick of any of the new ram. I can access BIOS and have tried changing some of the timings, voltages and even tried to over clock a little bit (all of thee settnigs have been reverted to the fail safes).
I have had a look at the board and chipset and both say that it can support upto 8GB of 1333 RAM.
My bios version is at F5 which is suppoed to have added support for upgrading Memory yet still has done nothing.

I have tried everything that i can think of and would really appreciate some help.
thank in advance!

Solution
Try removing all the DRAM, unplug and reset the CMOS, then try installing a single stick of DRAM in slot 1 closet to the CPU, if good there, then try a second stick, if no jot might check that the BIOS is up to date

I know it should be OK but it isn't. Windows will not load and I cannot find any answer as to why it won't load with any new 8gb memory, but will with the 4gb memory.
