Whenever i play a video in youtube or via my video player and sometimes on websites that have a lot of flash images i get black lines that flicker in random locations across my screen. they aren't always there but they usually flicker in and out every 5 seconds or so on just about everything i watch. sometimes (about 2-5 times a day) it'll even crash something and my monitor will go black and the only way to fix it is to restart my entire system. a couple of times I've been lucky and after a couple of seconds its back on and I get a "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" message. Ive reinstalled my graphics driver and updated it multiple times but it hasn't fixed it. This is also a brand new computer which had no hardware faults on arrival and was working fine up until 3 days ago. if it helps my graphics card is a Sapphire tri-x R9 290x 4gb GDDR5 oc card, also brand new. This is driving me insane

OK, now try another graphics card.

Also - can you post your build to help give us clues as to where the problem might lie?
