os bit 64 or 32?

Solution
Your processor is capable of supporting 64-bit operating systems, however it will work with 32-bit too. I'd install a 64-bit version operating system on your machine, however you need to ensure your other components are compatible, in most cases they will be if they utilise that CPU.

If you purchased an OEM computer (i.e. everything setup for you), then perhaps certain components are not compatible with 64-bit. Regardless I don't see why it should not install.

If possible, could you please reply back with the error it states? Or what the issue is with installation?

All the best. :)

If you have 64bit cpu and more than 4gb ram install 64bit os otherwise 32bit
Also 64bit cpu can work with 32bit os and 32bit applications while 32bit cpu cant work with 64bit os and 64bit applications.

Try installing 64bit OS....
If the installation fails with a compatibility error, then your system is 32 bit.... ☺
Otherwise check if your processor is 64bit supported in google... ☺
