desktop power button keeps blinking

so yesterday i got my corsair 200r home and i installed my hardware in it, but whenever the pc is turned on the powerbutton's led keeps blinking, its sometimes faster and sometimes rather slow

does it indicate anything?

I believe that's normal. Your power button led is constantly on, which is expected, and other led light next to reset button in blinking to indicate activity on your hdd when there is some activity. If you dont like it like that, you can pull out hdd led connector from motherboard.

tried now its constantly on and not blinking, but now my restart button blinks did i do it wrong again or is it rather normal?
