Akasa AK-968 X4 Heatsink cooler any good?

Hi there i need a good cheap heat sink cooler to install to my Phenom 2 ( 955 ) 3.2ghz as i'm doing a slight over clock to possibly 4ghz if i can will this be good enough has anyone had any experience with these i see very few reviews online the manufacturer page still advertises them are they any good over clockers are they loud ect if its not good enough can someone recommend me a nice one that easy.ish to install and without installing a backplate if possible
my budget is £25

Use this it's the best air cooler I've known.

You do have to install a back plate, but it is generally held in high regard

I'd either get a H80i (if you are interested in water cooling and have the money) or a CM Hyper 212 EVO.
