PNY GTX 780 Ti XLR8 OC

I'm planning on building a PC and I was looking for parts in a website called Jimm's ( most popular component seller in Finland ).
GTX 780 Ti XLR8 OC made by PNY was 600€ and it has Core / Boost Clock: 1006 MHz / 1072 MHz and Memory Frequency : 7200 MHz .
GTX 780 Ti made by other companies are about 70€ more expensive and have way lower Core/Boost clocks as well as memory frequency.
If anyone knows why the PNY one is so cheap please tell me, because the PNY looks better in every way.
Also if anyone has it, is it how loud?

PNY sells their cards for cheaper in general. Most will agree their cooling solution isn't as good as others such as EVGA, MSI and ASUS. From what I've seen, they also don't have the best customer service. Not awful, but again, not the best.

For being 70 Euro less, that's a great deal, and I don't feel hesitant to recommend PNY, so long as you going into it what I've said above.

What do you mean by the cooling solution isn't as good as others? Is it louder or just doesn't cool the card as well as the others? I get easily annoyed by loud fans so I might pay that 70€ more if it is louder.

Louder is relative, as it's still quieter than the reference design. What I meant by not as good, I meant a couple degrees difference at the most, and I don't think the noise levels are really any different. Definitely not 70 Euro worse at any rate lol
