Whenever i right click it takes century's to load.
I've rebooted and tried and it still takes 1 min 53 (yes i timed it)
I've got a pretty beast PC, I just upgraded my CPU from a dual to a quad core and my old GT 630 to a Radeon R9 270X.
It only does it on the desktop, Anywhere else it works fine.
Anyone know what could be causing this frustrating issue?
Cheers.

I wonder if the hard drive is to blame? you queue something up and it is having issues in read/write and just cant find it fast so it lags wile it runs around to pull up that task?? I do know that my old/failing drives tend to bogg down like you say but this is just a guess on my part.

I just loaded up Speccy, I have a WD HDD which spins at 7200 RPM
Ive had it for just under a year, Its been working fine until i upgraded yesterday.
I did have to move it somewhere else in my case, my R9 270X got in the way of my HDD rack so i moved it underneath my DVD Drive.

ya I see ccc is a dog and I had to remove it from a computer but kept the cards driver in by its self eaven with this new rig its the slowest thing to load up and now I wonder if it running the drive and you want to pull something up on the drive and its causing conflict and then your hung up. of all the years ati/amd driver packages they cant seem to want to make it better. but you can custom uninstall all the ccc and stuff but not the cards driver [ just look at the check boxes and leave the cards driver alone ] to see if that's the case with you
