Behind my PC there is a mass of wires including speaker, keyboard and mouse wires. Inside my PC I cable tied my wires so I'm wondering whether I can do the same and cable tie the wires behind my PC. Is there any dangers to doing this or can I do this and everything will be fine?

As long as none of the cable wires are exposed (maybe your pet chewed on them, make sure) you should be fine. I did that for both my brother and myself. It makes it a lot cleaner. Also, to avoid accidental unplugging for this, you should make sure your monitor cables are screwed in.

Sure, you can bundles wires both inside and outside your case, as desired. Not an issue unless you have a damaged wire/cable.

I do this all the time, though not using zip ties, but Velcro-ties. Can be reused and I don't need scissors if I have to change/add cables.

Hi, what I use is a spiral wire wrapping band if you have many cables to protect.

Jarotech's solution is probably the most professional, but if you have plain old bread twisty ties that's what I use and it works great.
